I have already released PWCT 1.9 (Art) Rev. 2024.02.04

In this little update

(1) Avoid the message that ask to run PWCT as Admin for the first time
(2) Using <PWCT:HIDE> in the start of a step of type comment will hide the comment from the generated code
(3) Using <PWCT:NEWLINE> in the start of a step of type comment will add a new line after the comment in the generated code
(4) Tested using Windows 11
