(1) Cannot restore the PWCT window after minimizing when the Form Designer is active
(2) OLE Error (problem in Treeview ActiveX control registration) - Non-Admin users .
(3) Inside the server units window, After editing the resistance name, the new name doesn't appear.
(4) Goal Designer - The Time Machine - Refresh - uses rules from the buffer instead of reloading it.
