I have already released PWCT 1.9 (Art) Rev. 2013.10.15
This is a little update.

Fixed : Downloading Samples/Tutorials/Movies doesn't work when the user select download from the window that appears at PWCT startup

Fixed : Samples Manager - Cannot open the Samples folder

Added : Sample : HarbourPWCT_Multi-Language
