I have already released PWCT 1.9 (Art) Rev. 2014.02.24

This is a little update :-

* Fixed (CPWCT) :-

1 - main function component , added missing [] to argv in the generated code

2 - fopen component ... added missing " " arround the parameter, ex : "r"

3 - Main Function/Define Function components ... Rules of step Declare variable , Now allows File Pointer component.

* Changed : Now, the default Syntax Directed Editor status is OFF

* HarbourPWCT : Runtime error will determine the Goal Name & the Step Name in the error message.
